1-Knowledge of biological basis and mechanisms underliying human training
2- Knowledge of methidology to apply this principles in order to create appropriate programs of training in the main typology of sports
3- Skills in using the selected means of training related to sports, personal fitness and performance
4- knowledge of the monitoring systems focus on training status and overtraining prevention
