Professor Roberto Salvia is an internationally renowned pancreatic surgeon. His research activity is focused on pancreatic neoplasms. He was a panelist of Fukuoka international management guidelines of IPMNs, and authored seminal papers on genomics in pancreatic cancer and IPMNs. Professor Salvia is the coordinator of the pancreatic surgery program at the University of Verona hospital Trust.
