Angelo Lascioli is an full professor of pedagogy at the Department of Human Sciences. His research is finalized at exploring, enhancing and promoting the development of inclusive, to a didactic purpose and educational projects and practices, in the school and extra-school contexts. In the scholastic field, his action is aimed at the promotion and development of teachers' skills, of support and curricular, for the prevention of special educational needs and the implementation of the inclusion processes of pupils/students with disabilities.
In the extracurricular field, his research focuses on the analysis of educational processes aimed at people with disabilities along the span of life, and on the search for possible solutions for the promoting their quality of life and social participation. In this context, there is also an intense training activity for the operators involved in educational and assistance services for people with disabilities, especially those of an intellectual nature.
His research topics are the following: learning disabilities of students with disabilities; the scholastic and university inclusion of students with special educational needs; the support teacher's agency; the emotional and sexual development of people with intellectual disabilities; job placement and adulthood paths for people with intellectual disabilities; la progettazione educativa su base ICF (OMS, 2001).
