Curriculum

I am a physician with an education in internal medicine. My research activity spans across the following themes: traditional and digital anthropometry; body composition and body function in different populations; experimental gerontology; sensory systems; biological applications of nanotechnology. The main techniques I use are: linear and 3D anthropometry; plicometry and DXA body composition analysis; animal models; light and electron microscopy; immunohisto- and cytochemistry; nuclear magnatic resonance.
