Doctor Locatelli is specialized in medical statistics and clinical epidemiology.
In particular, she is interested in the epidemiology of respiratory diseases, and she works in the frame of international (ALEC- Ageing Lungs in European Cohorts, Horizon 2020) and national scientific  projects ((European Community Respiratory Health Survey), GEIRD (Gene Environment Interaction Respiratory Disease)), "Viadana III" study, Bigepi (Big data for the Assessment of Health Effects of Air Pollution in the Italian Population). It is also involved in the MEETOUT and èVRgreen projects on the effects of air pollution on health and quality of life.
