Curriculum

She specialized in Anesthesia and Intensive Care (2008, University of Verona), and in Intensive Care Medicine (2009, Free University of Brussels, ULB, Belgium). Staff Physician since 2008. At present she is in charge as Associate Professor (MED/41 ANESTESIOLOGY) with assistive services within the School of Medicine of the University of Verona (Department of Surgical Sciences, Dentistry, Paediatrics and Gynecology, 1st November 2016). She is attending and finalizing a PhD program at the Free University of Brussels with works on ischemia-reperfusion (cardiac arrest) with cerebral microcirculation studies. Main areas of interest: hemodynamic monitoring, microcirculation, septic shock, cardiac arrest, hypotermia, cerebral dynamics, biomarkes, antibiotics in critical illness.
