Commissione Paritetica Docenti-Studenti

The Joint Faculty-Student Committee is established by the Council of the School of Medicine and Surgery and is composed of faculty members and students appointed by the Council from among its members. It serves as a permanent observatory with advisory, monitoring, oversight, and supervisory functions regarding educational activities. The Committee is chaired by a Chairperson, who is responsible for convening and coordinating its work. In particular, the Joint Committee performs the following functions: a) supervising and monitoring the educational offer and the quality of teaching; b) supervising and monitoring student support services provided by professors and researchers; c) defining the criteria for evaluating the results of the activities referred to in points a) and b); d) expressing opinions on the establishment and discontinuation of degree programmes. The Joint Committee prepares an annual report on the results of the monitoring, supervisory, and evaluation activities it has carried out and ensures that this report is submitted to the Faculty Council and to the University Evaluation Unit.
