Basic notions on growth and development and its clinical application form birth to adolescence; notions of the influence of family, community, and society on children health and disease; attainment of communication skills that facilitate clinical interaction with children, adolescents, and their families; notions of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in pediatrics; attainment of performing a physical examination of newborns, children and adolescents and to diagnose (plus notes of treatment) the most common acute and chronic diseases of children.

The exam is oral and is done in order to see the knowledge of the student in the field of Pediatric. Clearly the questions will be related to the arguments discussed during the lessons.
Two Professors will conduct the examination and every student will have the examination. Final evaluation will be done with consultation of the two professors involved in the examination and with consideration of the entire participation of the Course
