This course introduces and develops appropiate knowledge on several sport activities specifically related to mountain and outdoor environment:
Alpine skiing
Cross Country skiing
Orientieering
ice skating
cycling and moutain biking
nordic walking
Writing assessment with multiple choice or open questions about the theoretical and practical issues of the topics analyzed.
