Simone Giacopuzzi, Graduated in Medicine and specialized in General Surgery at the University of Verona. He has completed his PhD in 2016 at University of Verona. In 2009 he spent six months as an observer at the Fujita Health University and has completed a training program for laparoscopic upper digestive operation with Prof. Ichiro Uyama and Dr Seiichiro Kanaya. Since 2009 General Surgeon at the Upper G.I. Surgery in Verona Hospital. Since 2016 Researcher B at the University of Verona. Member of GIRCG. Research interests: Surgical oncology in Upper GI Cancer and minimally invasive surgery.
