Educative processes | The analysis of the educational and training processes allows to describe and interpret the relationships between culture, society and education. In the current social and cultural context, characterized by evident and continuous transformations, this analysis helps to interpret some issues that are particularly relevant both from the theoretical point of view and from the point of view of the professional working in the educational and social field. In this sense, the themes of difference, inequality, respect for values, become keys of interpretation through which to face the context by assuming wider points of view. |

Socialization and mediation | Socialization is generically the process by which individuals become social beings and active members within a social context. Analyzing the processes of socialization means to pay attention to the cultural changes that characterize today's western societies; furthermore, it helps to understand how the individual is placed between past and future, creating a sort of bridge, a mediation between what is transmitted to him (languages, values, roles, norms, expectations and beliefs) from previous generations and what he will internalize and lead to future generations. |
