Ostetrica e Infermiera, Dottoranda di Ricerca in Scienze Umane e docente a contratto.

Unisco una solida esperienza clinica a un'intensa attività accademica, focalizzata sulla ricerca dei processi organizzativi in ambito sanitario. Mi dedico in particolare alla salvaguardia della professione attraverso il mio progetto di studio sul fenomeno dell’Intention to leave, ma anche alla qualità della formazione dei professionisti sanitari e dell'assistenza che erogano quotidianamente. 

Il mio progetto di dottorato, grazie al coinvolgimento diretto di operatori sanitari, si propone di indagare e delineare i predittori dell'intenzione di abbandonare l'organizzazione o la professione. La ricerca mira, in ultima analisi, a identificare strategie efficaci per rafforzare l'Intention to Stay, la Retention e la Qualità della Vita Lavorativa (QWL) nel contesto sanitario.

I combine solid clinical experience with intensive academic activity, focused on research into organizational processes in the healthcare sector. I am particularly dedicated to safeguarding the profession through my study project on the Intention to Leave phenomenon, but also to the quality of training for healthcare professionals and the assistance they provide daily.

My doctoral project, thanks to the direct involvement of healthcare workers, aims to investigate and outline the predictors of the intention to leave the organization or the profession. The research ultimately seeks to identify effective strategies to strengthen Intention to Stay, Retention, and Quality of Working Life (QWL) in the healthcare context
