Learning outcomes

Acquire knowledge on innovative models of patient care in the psychiatric field, with particular attention to personalized interventions and multidisciplinary approaches.
Develop communication and relational skills necessary to facilitate collaboration between mental health professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, etc.). Understand and master feedback and debriefing techniques as tools for continuous improvement of professional performance and therapeutic effectiveness.
