Legal qualifications of the healthcare professional. Information activities of the healthcare professional: certificate, medical record, report, complaint. Crime of forgery: material falsehood and ideological falsehood. Professional secrecy and office secrecy. Informed consent. Privacy protection. Notions of individual identification.
