Learning outcomes

The teaching aims to provide teaching skills to enhance students' teaching capabilities in the context of nursing and midwifery advanced and basic training through the examination of learning by experience theories, reflective and transformative thinking, tutorial methodologies and the communication abilities functional to the development of an educational relationship. LEARNING BY EXPERIENCE MODELS (MODULO MODELLI DI APPRENDIMENTO DALL'ESPERIENZA): Learning outcomes: to deepen the knowledge regarding the concept of learning from a psycho-pedagogic perspective. The students will acquire knowledge regarding the main theoretic frameworks and the operational aspects of learning in professional contexts. They will acquire tools and skills propedeutic to the reflective learning process. They will interiorize the key concept of learning. CLINICAL AND GROUP PSYCHOLOGY(MODULO PSICOLOGIA CLINICA E DEI GRUPPI): Learning outcomes: to acquire the scientific fundaments and the communication skills necessary to create a collaborative relationship with the patient and his/her family. To acquire understanding of group dinamycs and conflict management. TEACHING AND TUTORIAL METHODOLOGIES: Learning outcomes: to provide the students with theoretical fundaments and main tools and methods necessary to promote and value learning by experience, considered the cornerstone for the development of professional skills in basic and advanced health training.

Examination Methods

The final exam will be in written form, with open questions and brief exercises. The exam will evaluate the degree of comprehension of the main concepts addressed during the lessons and will focus on the slide material presented. In the open questions, students should show that they are able to present their arguments correctly, clearly and concisely, identifying the essential elements for the answer and using the specialist language appropriately. The brief exercises will evaluate the ability to practically apply the skills proposed during the lessons. Oral exam. The assessment of the learning outcomes consists in a single oral exam integrated with the “Didactic and Tutorials Methods” module consisting in an interview for verifying: depth and extent of acquired knowledge, language skills, ability to connect and integrate knowledge, ability to transfer aquired skills to their professional practice context, analytical and arguing skills. MM: METODOLOGIE DIDATTICHE E TUTORIALI

The assessment of learning outcomes includes a single oral test integrated with the module "Learning Models from Experience" to verify: level of depth of the acquired knowledge, ability of logical exposure, analysis and argumentation, ability to connect and integrate knowledge, ability to transfer the learned skills to one's own professional practice context. The oral test covers the entire programme and the evaluation is expressed in 30mes.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE
