Learning outcomes

Learning cyto- histochemical techniques detecting DNA abnormalities for diagnostics, prognostication and predictiveness, in both neoplastic and inflammatory diseases. Learning laboratory techniques from DNA extraction to NGS

FISH, NGS, PCR, Sanger, TBC molecular test, HPV molecular test, Pyrosequencing
In-depth concepts: microsatellite instability, BRCA genes, liquid biopsy, future perspective for anatomical pathology and molecular pathology.
