Course organization
The aim of the course is to provide the student with the necessary knowledge of gynecology as applied to the the nursing profession and for the management of gynecological patients. In particular with regard to prevention, knowledge of the diagnostics andthe types of therapeutic treatments for the main oncological pathologies.
And to learn how to carry out health education for patients, at different stages of their lives.
To learn how hormones are regulated from puberty to menopause.
Types of therapies on offer for the symptoms of menopause
The pathology of benign and malignant conditions of the uterine cervix,
Primary and secondary prevention of cervical carcinoma, therapies and prognosis
Benign and malignant pathology of the uterine body, prevention, therapy and prognosis.
Benign and malignant pathology of the ovaries, genetic predisposition, prevention, therapy and prognosis

Sexually transmitted diseases prevention
