Learning outcomes

Students will be able to evaluate body composition and to critically recognize its clinical relevance
Students will understand the nutritional role of nutrients, fiber and minerals
Students will know function and vitamin’s RDA well their relevance for human health
Students will be able to evaluate dietary intakes and energy consumption
Students will learn dietary guidelines and how to prescribe adequate diets as well as recognize the interrelations between dietary mistakes and chronic diseases
