Learning outcomes

The aims of the course are:
a) to provide knowledge of etiology, pathogenesis, physiopatology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and prognosis of the main endocrinologic and metabolic diseases.
b) to acquaint students with the clinical skills (history taking, physical exam), the laboratory and imaging tests necessary to approach the diagnosis of the main endocrinologic and metabolic diseases.
c) to allow students to experience a brief contact with ambulatory and hospitalized patients affected by endocrinologic and metabolic diseases.
