To learn communication and relational skills.
Theoretical aspects of Lazarus and Folkman's theory on coping and adaptation to stress and of burn-out in the workplace.

Syllabus

The course is centered on the educational needs of the students.
A general training will be provided on communication and relational skills, as well as on the management of critical situations, based on clinical reports brought by the students themselves.
The theoretical aspects of Lazarus and Folkman's theory on coping and adaptation to stress, the concepts of burn-out and the emotional correlates connected to situations of work discomfort will also be deepened.
