Learning outcomes

The student will acquire knowledge about the main methodologies available to analyze and improve the functional capacities and their determinants through a step based intervention includinf analysis, evaluation, programming, monitoring and final check by using laboratory and field instruments. Having this bases the student will be able to plan and implement training models for healthy and diseased people.

Assessment methods and criteria

Final evaluation consists in a written examination on the theory and practice of exercise prescritpion. The student will prepare and analyse also individual programs of exercise for healthy and patients as experienced during lecture and laboratory.
