Overview

The 1st level Masters in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing aims to develop advanced and specific nursing skills in the field of psychiatry in order to improve the quality of assistance in mental health and psychiatric operational contexts with strategies of global, continuous, rapid response, high quality assistance in answer to the health needs and mental and psychological problems which may occur in people from birth until the end of life, with reference to particular conditions of addiction or vulnerability of patients and/or their families. The course also aims to develop nursing skills in the fields of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, inter-professional organisation and the use of the informal network and that of the services, of Training and Research.
