Curriculum

Riccardo Sartori is an associate professor of work and organizational phycology. He is a  psychologist and psychotherapist, graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology, Ph.D in Perception and Psychophysics, registered in the Register of Psychologists and member of AIP (Italian Association of Psychology – Section of Psychology for Organizations) and EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology). He is Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology and deals in particular with research, teaching activities and third mission in the fields of:
  1. Assessment of candidates and personnel (individual, group and organizational assessment);
  2. Training and Development of the so-called Human resources;
  3. Business consulting dealing with organizational dynamics (organizational co-habitation, cooperation, conflict etc.).
