Francesca Zacchi, MD, Medical Oncologist, PhD student in Inflammation, Immunity, and Cancer at the University of Verona (Department of Medicine). Her work integrates clinical oncology and translational research, focusing on genitourinary malignancies, with a particular focus on prostate cancer. Her current research investigates the role of cellular senescence in prostate cancer and the development of liquid biopsy-based approaches. As a clinician-researcher, she has extensive experience in clinical trials, including early-phase I studies. She has presented her work at numerous national and international scientific conferences and is an active member of multiple oncology societies worldwide.
