Curriculum

Specialista in Medicina Interna (2002), Dottore di Ricerca (2006), professore associato (2019), dal 2007 svolge regolare attività di ricerca, didattica e clinico-assistenziale presso l’Università di Verona e il relativo ospedale universitario.  Gestisce l’ambulatorio dell’ipertensione arteriosa e della trombofilia.
I suoi interessi di ricerca si concentrano specialmente sulla ipertensione arteriosa secondaria, in particolare ad iperaldosteronismo primitivo, forme monogeniche di ipertensione, ipertensione nefrovascolare. Si occupa inoltre di patologia cardiovascolare aterosclerotica/trombotica, partecipando al Verona Heart  Study.
