Through the training activities proposed in the module and the study of the textbooks, students will: - acquire knowledge about learning processes, with particular reference to adult learning - acquire a repertoire of pedagogical models to support the planning of training actions - will be able to choose training methods appropriate to their objectives, target group, training needs, resources and constraints of the context - will be able to connect some training techniques with the logics and learning models learned in the course.
