b. the bio-psyco-social model
c. Emotions and non-verbal comunication
d. Attachment theory, motivational systems and the role of interpersonal relationships
e. Evidences on the role of doctor-patient communication
f. Self awareness and burn-out
g. How to deal difficult relationships with patients.
h. The“Process Model of Stress and Coping”.

Program (16 hours)

8 aprile Emotions and non-verbal communication
15 aprile Attachment theroy, motivational systems and their role in interpersonal relationships
22 aprile How to inform, educate and involve the patient. How to deal with “difficult” relationships with patients and families.
29 aprile Patients with unexplained symptoms. How to deal with them. The reattribution model.
6 maggio The“Process Model of Stress and Coping”.
13 maggio Self awareness. “Burn out”
