Learning outcomes

Objectives of the course are to learn the tools of organization analysis and their possible applications in the context of service organizations to the person and to know to contextualize the use of the tools within the organizational theories. Specific attention will be devoted to the analysis of organizational processes.

Syllabus

The program is divided into two parts.
The first section addresses the specificities of sociological interpretation of organizations, models and organizational variables, with particular reference to health and social services.
In the second part are detailed some significant variables and reading tools of organizational processes.
